Every AAMPLIFIED piece is printed to order, just for you. Because nothing sits on a shelf waiting, we don't accept returns for change of mind. We do stand behind every order, and here's exactly how.

Misprints, defects, damage, or the wrong item
If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged, or it's not what you ordered, email us at updates@aamplified.store within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement isn't possible. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.

One free size exchange
Wrong size? Each item gets one free size exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received it.

  1. Email updates@aamplified.store with your order number and the size you need.
  2. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send anything back until you hear from us.
  3. Ship the item to: AAMPLIFIED, PO Box 391, Florence, AZ 85132, United States.
  4. Once it arrives, we'll print your new size and ship it to you at no charge. The replacement takes the normal 7–12 business days to reach you.

Return shipping for size exchanges is paid by the customer. We cover shipping on the replacement. Check the size guide on each product page before you order. It's the fastest way to get your size right the first time.

Personalized and custom pieces
Items made with your name, number, photo, or other custom details are final sale and aren't eligible for size exchanges. They're still covered if they arrive misprinted, defective, or damaged, or if the personalization doesn't match what you entered.

Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Your local rights
If the laws where you live give you additional rights (for example, the EU 14-day right to cancel for non-personalized items), those rights still apply.
